Processing Times

We know you're excited to get your new look! Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a couple of extra days—we'll always let you know if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely. During checkout, you can choose the shipping method that best fits your needs, from standard ground to expedited options.

Rates & Order Tracking

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking links will be active within 24 hours.

Domestic & International Shipping

We proudly ship across the US and to many international destinations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes—these fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Packages & Wrong Addresses

Double-check that address! We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If your package is damaged in transit or goes missing, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
